In December 2023, Rayne Events had the privilege of providing audio-visual and lighting services for the 40th-anniversary national conference of the National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals (NCBMP) in Atlanta, Georgia. This milestone event showcased the best in the meetings and events industry, and we were proud to contribute to its success.
Our team delivered a comprehensive stage set that featured a stunning 20-foot LED video wall for backstage graphics and hanging textured 3D scenic panels. The lighting design included a front-stage truss supported by lifts, equipped with moving lights and LED Pars, creating an engaging and dynamic environment. These elements came together to enhance the overall experience for attendees and elevate the conference atmosphere.

The combination of impeccable sound and vibrant lighting created an electric atmosphere, leaving attendees energized and connected through music.
